How can I pay?

Currently we offer you purchase on account, PayPal and credit card payment. If you buy on account you will receive the invoice from our partner Klarna. You will receive this invoice with the payment instructions and a request to settle the invoice within 14 days. Please note that you will receive a normal invoice for the order of ZUE ANNA, as well as a bill from Klarna with the payment instructions.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping is basically free within the Germany. The costs within EU are 20 Euro and worldwide 40 Euro.

Is shipping to a DHL Packstation possible?

No, unfortunately we do not offer this option at the current time. But we try to offer this possibility soon.

Is shipping possible to a pickup station in general?

Yes. We are working together with DPD. You can specify a desired delivery location at DPD.

What is the time of delivery?
Shipping within Germany is via DPD and usually takes 2-3 working days. Delivery times to other European or worldwide countries depend on the order address. Occasionally there are increases due to unexpected demand.
